Winnetka Community House | Winnetka, IL

In 2015, our team planted and maintained a new children’s garden at the historic Winnetka Community House, a unique non-profit community center serving the Chicago’s North Shore. The raised vegetable beds, green space, and play area create an outdoor classroom for WCH’s existing youth programs and drop-in family visitors. Our team teaches on-site classes for adults and children, hosts garden birthday parties, and more. WCH partnered with local donors to make this project possible.
